In the current sewage treatment, roots blower is often used as aeration device. Roots blower has the advantages of convenient installation, but due to gear transmission, the gears are hard contact, easy to wear, noise, and consumption of oil at the same time; roots blower suction and blowing gas pulsation is large, the gas pulsation is large, inevitably leading to vibration, noise is also coming, so it causes secondary environmental pollution!! Moreover, roots blower has low efficiency and high maintenance cost.

The working principle of the water ring compressor is: the impeller of the pump is eccentrically installed in the pump body, and a certain amount of water is injected into the pump cavity before starting. When the impeller rotates, the water is affected by the centrifugal force and forms a rotating water ring on the inner wall of the pump chamber. This rotating water ring and the impeller form a space with different closed volume. In the first half of the rotation, the confined space gradually expands, and the pump enters air from the suction port. In the second half of the rotation, the confined space gradually shrinks, and the air is compressed and discharged, so the impeller continuously absorbs Exhaust air. Because the working fluid of the water ring compressor is water, and the dynamic parts have no contact with the static part, the noise is low, the wear is small and the maintenance cost is low.
