In fact, we often drink beer before the final cover, also need to use the vacuum pump system for vacuumizing, mainly used in the wine filling process, and the vacuum requirements are higher. Before, one user selected 2bv5110 water ring vacuum pump of our factory, each with a power of 4kw. In the production process, the start-up of six water ring pumps was incremental (one by one). Therefore, the pump set can operate normally only when the technical conditions of the six water ring pumps are good. Since 2001, the vacuum pump unit has had frequent failures, such as insufficient vacuum degree and tripping of vacuum pump motor. Up to August 2002, we have purchased 9 vacuum pumps and 8 sets of mechanical accessories (including pump blades, distribution plates, mechanical seals, etc.) and repaired the rotor shaft of the motor for many times. The vacuum degree is only - 0.06mpa, which can not meet the production requirements of -0.085mpa, which seriously affects the quality and production efficiency of beer.

After careful analysis and demonstration, a 2BE1 series water ring vacuum pump (Power: 18kw, pumping rate: 600m3 / h) was used instead of the original vacuum pump group, and vacuum protection, water shortage protection, cavitation prevention device and water saving device were installed to ensure the high efficiency, energy saving and long-term reliable operation of the vacuum pump. In order to prevent the air and working fluid from flowing back to the vacuum pump system due to sudden shutdown and other reasons, a check valve is installed in the intake pipeline.

After the improved vacuum pump system was put into production, there was no fault, and the vacuum degree was kept at 0.084-0.092mpa. The water and electricity consumption of the vacuum pump has decreased obviously.
